Groff, Michele and Lauper Offer True Colors Cabaret

Spring Awakening’s Jonathan Groff and Lea Michele reunite for the True Colors Cabaret Nov. 29 at Feinstein’s at Loews Regency.

The concerts are a co-presentation between Cyndi Lauper’s True Colors Fund and Broadway Impact, which was co-founded by Gavin Creel. The True Colors Cabaret began Sept. 28.

Tony nominee Groff (Spring Awakening, Singing Forest) and Michele (Spring Awakening, Glee) are joined by Grammy-winner Cyndi Lauper for the 8 PM and 10:30 PM concerts.

Additional concerts will feature singer-songwriter Jason Mraz and the Broadway Inspirational Voices on Dec. 21 at 8 PM and 10:30 PM.

In addition to her work on Fox’s Glee and the Broadway production of Spring Awakening, Michele has also appeared in the Broadway productions of Les Miserables, Ragtime and Fiddler on the Roof. Her additional stage appearances include Alive in the World and Diary of Anne Frank.
